Articles published in MSA are subject to very rigorous editorial control: each manuscript is subjected to a double arbitration: (peer review) and then linguistic. Authors are informed of each stage of the publication process and must meet the editorial requirements.
MSA discusses the main findings and current issues, immigration policies, dealing with court cases, hiring a lawyer, economic advances or social issues of Canada. The major ethical and social issues of public health are also discussed.
The range of audiences targeted by the journal extends from scientists and doctors to engineers, nurses, technicians, lawyers, paralegals, journalists and even scholars who may be interested in social issues.
